Setup Fees
Setup fees cover planning, strategy, design, development, configuration, account setup, and technical work. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Monthly Services
Monthly service fees are billed in advance and may include hosting support, maintenance, updates, backups, dashboard access, software access, monitoring, or support. Monthly service fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
Cancellations
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, clients may cancel monthly services with at least 30 days’ written notice before the next billing date. After cancellation, hosting, maintenance, support, automations, dashboards, messaging, or system access may be disabled unless separately agreed.
Third-Party Fees
Third-party fees are not refundable by Servbases. This may include domains, hosting, email, SMS credits, payment processor fees, software subscriptions, APIs, plugins, or premium integrations.
Paused Projects and Late Payments
If the client fails to provide materials, approvals, access, or payments, we may pause work and adjust timelines. Late payment may result in suspension of work, support, hosting, deployments, maintenance, automations, or dashboard access.
This policy applies only to fees paid to Servbases for Servbases technology services. It does not apply to refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, disputes, or customer complaints related to a client’s own products, services, events, memberships, bookings, appointments, deposits, or other business activity. Those matters are solely the responsibility of the client and must be handled through the client’s own payment processor account and business policies.
Payment Separation Reminder
Payments made to Servbases are for Servbases technology services only. Servbases does not collect, hold, process, or receive customer payments on behalf of the client’s business. The client remains responsible for its own operations, customer payments, refunds, disputes, taxes, chargebacks, and legal compliance.
